The Altar of Aesthetics was founded on the belief that exceptional aesthetic care should be both highly skilled and deeply personal.
Led by Kelley Smith, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with more than a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine, our Asheville med spa combines advanced medical expertise with a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to care. Known for her artistic eye and commitment to natural-looking results, Kelley specializes in creating personalized treatment plans that help clients look refreshed, confident, and completely themselves.
As a Licensed Esthetician, Carrie Lynn Grove brings a thoughtful approach to skincare and client care. While Kelley leads the practice's injectable and medical aesthetic services, Carrie creates personalized skincare experiences that support long-term skin health, combining effective treatments with the relaxing, immersive environment that defines The Altar.
Together, they combine expertise, education, and genuine connection to create an experience that feels both highly personalized and deeply supportive. By approaching every client relationship as a partnership, they help their clients navigate their aesthetic journey with trust, confidence, and a treatment plan tailored specifically to them.
